Product Manager – Hydronic Heating
The Opportunity
Sigma Heating & Cooling is seeking a person who has a track record of growing HVAC sales as a Technical Sales Product Manager for our Hydronic Heating business as a full-time position. The successful candidate executes and launches new products and grows our B2B sales with existing representatives and expands our product offering into new territories across North America.

Sigma Heating & Cooling is a leading Canadian manufacturer of Commercial Hydronic Heating and AC equipment including Heat Pumps and Commercial Indoor A/C equipment. Our manufacturing facilities are located by the Airport in Mississauga, Ontario.
Responsibilities
1.
Define and execute the product vision and strategy
2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape with detailed product roadmaps, feature definitions, and success metrics.
3. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into actionable tasks.
4. Managing sales opportunities for successful wins
5. Building customer relationships with existing and new networks
6. Growing business unit through new partnerships
7. Develop Marketing and Sales strategies to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market launches
8. Gather and prioritize customer feedback to continually improve the product and prioritize customer feedback to continually improve the products
9. Manage pricing of products
10. Identification and management of risks and issues through projects.
11. Exercise fiduciary duties in the best financial and legal interest of our company including but not limited to proper documentation, follow-ups, and filing/storage of key information.
Required Experience & Skills
- 1-5 years of sales or product management experience in the HVAC industry or related manufacturing industry. Experience with hydronic systems and controls an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a strong technical sales position
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong record of product launches and building strategic partnerships
- Multi-tasking and multi-disciplinary skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Passionate for creating products that solve customer problems.
- Strong MS Office, Excel skills
- Ability to Travel (up to 10% travel required)
- Must currently reside in GTA
Work Location
The normal expectation would be to attend work daily with opportunities for hybrid working.
