About the Role:
Do you have a minimum of 1-2 years plus of experience selling to clinics (preferably mental health professionals)? Students or entry levels are welcome to apply. Preferred co-op STUDENT in University or College (2nd or 3rd year).
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Hunter Sales / Business Development and Digital Marketing Representative to join our team.
This role involves directly engaging with clinics in the GTA / Toronto area to sell our healthcare services, as well as assisting with digital marketing efforts such as website updates, social media campaigns, and content development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct sales, preferably within the healthcare sector, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships. This position offers a base salary along with a highly attractive commission structure, making it ideal for a motivated individual/student who thrives on results.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Sales and Business Development:
- Actively prospect and visit clinics and healthcare facilities in the Toronto area or other areas in Ontario.
- Present and sell our range of healthcare services, including AI note-taking, remote monitoring, chronic care management, and more.
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers within clinics and engage them in discussions to understand their needs.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clinic managers, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage and update the company website to ensure content is current and engaging.
- Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns to promote services and engage with target audiences across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Develop digital content, including blogs, newsletters, and promotional material,
to drive engagement and attract potential clients.
- Track and report on the success of digital marketing initiatives, providing insights and suggestions for optimization.
Reporting and Feedback:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance to improve effectiveness and return on investment.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in direct sales, business development, or similar roles.
- Proven experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in selling to clinics or medical facilities, is highly desirable.
- Experience with digital marketing, including website management, social media campaigns, and content creation, is an asset.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM software, and sales tracking tools.
- Basic knowledge of website management and social media platforms (WordPress, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Education:
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education with a degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
