Director of Sales and Marketing
100% Remote with quarterly onsite meetings in the GTA - preference is for GTA based candidates
Due to some international travel requirements (about 3-4 times annually to US, UK we are only able to consider candidates who can travel without restriction or sponsorship)

We are seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead a high-performing team responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and developing innovative sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will:

- Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing team, guiding them to meet individual and collective sales quotas.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals, working closely with Product Management, R&D;, Professional Services, and Support teams.
- Drive sales growth by establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and maintain a clean CRM pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and insights into team performance on a monthly, quarterly,





and annual basis.
- Support the sales team by coaching, mentoring, and offering guidance on solution-selling strategies that demonstrate our products’ unique value propositions.
- Identify new business opportunities through research and market analysis, staying informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Lead account management efforts, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction through strategic support and best-practice recommendations.
- Present at industry events and client engagements, representing the company at conferences and trade shows.
- Review and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications & Experience

- 8+ years of progressive experience in sales,





including 4+ years in leadership roles within a software or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams and drive significant revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools, with the ability to leverage data to shape strategies and provide accurate reporting.
- Proficient in solution selling and sales training, with experience in complex sales environments.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of developing data-driven plans and focusing on key metrics.
