Full job description
An Ontario Mortgage Brokerage, a fast-paced, growing organization is looking for a small qualified team to support the Customer Service needed for the Ontario and British Colombia agents, as we grow across Canada! We are seeking two individuals, preferred in the provinces listed but will consider all candidates.
Candidate must have a strong independent work ethic and be able to self-motivate, due to this position being 100% remote and training provided online.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls from customers
- Expand customer base
- cold calling & market development
- Relationship building with consumers and clients
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Job Skills and requirements:
- Must have above average written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of technical procedures and information is a plus
- Knowledge of MS office is preferred
- Ability to adapt and be conducive to making a team successful
