Interfinance Mortgage Corporation (12004) is a small boutique mortgage brokerage specializing in private lending for residential real estate.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in North York, ON for a Business Development Manager at Interfinance. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for securing new private mortgage opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies,
and collaborating with internal teams to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Level 2 mortgage agent license is a necessity.
- Proven experience in business development in the mortgage brokerage sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the finance industry is a must
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
