Full job description

Responsibilities

- Work at the front desk answering general customer enquiries via telephone and in person
- Speak with potential customers and provide explanations on all services offered by the BMO Centre
- Take bookings for field rentals and enter them into our electronic scheduling system
- Take payments for rentals as well as player and league registrations using debit and credit machines






- Set-up rooms for meetings and community events
- Field preparation including raising and lowering of the netting and general maintenance
- Light custodial duties as required during the evening hours
- Computer Knowledge a must
- Evening Hours and Weekends

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week

Education:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 3 years (preferred)
