Job Overview
We are a busy, growing Collision Centre seeking a dedicated and motivated Bookkeeper / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers while managing various accounting tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Duties
- Bookkeeping - Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll and HR, collaborate with the accounting team to assist in budgeting processes and financial reporting.
- Customer Service - Assist Office Manager as required.
Experience
- Previous experience in a Collision Centre environment preferred, particularly within an accounting or financial environment.
- Strong skills in account reconciliation, account analysis, and clerical tasks related to finance are beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing clear information to customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
