We are looking for Bilingual Customer Support Representatives who want to join a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service for our customers across Canada. This is a business-to-consumer role to help assist Lend Care customers with any questions and support regarding their personal loans.





The successful individual would have a customer service background and enjoy working in a professional team environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide exemplary customer service and ensure that our customers are always receiving a superior customer experience during every interaction
Perform outbound or take inbound calls from customers to offer them pre-approved personal loans that match with their eneds
Responding to customer questions and requests (through telephone, chat, and email)
Identify the customers' needs and efficiently resolve inquiries
Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services
Requirements:
Fluent in English and French
1-year experience working inbound customer service or sales roles is preferred
Financial services background is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)






Full time availability to work in our Pickering, ON head office
Full time availability to work on site at our downtown Montreal office
Additional Requirements for Internal Candidates:
Must have been in your current role for at least 6 months
Have the endorsement/support of your current manager
In good standing - no HR issues/warnings, not on a PIP
Schedule: Morning shift 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM/11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays.
