Role Overview : As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice of our company, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our services and enhance the overall customer experience.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service.
What We’re Looking For : High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
