Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager

Major Responsibilities
1. Perform client payment, registration, onboarding process and manage client database
2. Schedule and facilitate meetings with clients, mentors and coaches, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, create work plans and follow up with stakeholders to meet tight deadlines
3. Coordinate with internal/external parties (e.g., Accounting, IT, Legal, Partners, Vendors) to diagnose on-going operational issues and provide solutions

Provide ad hoc coaching support to Mentors and Coaches to ensure clients complete the key coaching processes in timely and effective manner
5. Handle documentations, improve operational processes and produce HR analytics reports
6. Edit/update e-learning contents (e.g., video, audio, document) for e-learning platforms and provide marketing operational support to organize various online/offline training seminars and workshops
7. Organize events and handle on-going communications with key stakeholders in the talent community; assist in creating procedures, working plans, PowerPoint slides, memos, fact sheets & posters
8. Manage marketing operations and logistics of social media platforms to enhance employment branding (e.g., WeChat, LinkedIn, XiaoHongShu, XiaoETong)

Support delivery of ad hoc HR projects as assigned regarding HRIS, CRM and other new initiatives
Qualification Requirements
1. College diploma or university degree majoring in Human Resources, Business or Education; minimum five years of experience in administrative support and operations management; previous executive assistant experience is considered as bonus
2. Excellent customer services, time management, communication and execution skills
3. Organized, responsible and detail-oriented with strong service mind-set, work ethics and can-do attitude; demonstrated quick learner and problem-solver
4. Flexibility for various working shifts is a must. Intermedia level of Excel (PivotTable), PowerPoint & Word; fluency in Mandarin is a must.
