Are you passionate about creative communities and ready to make a significant impact? Adobe is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Community Engagement to join our dynamic team. This is an outstanding opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving community engagement, advocating for our customers, and ensuring Adobe’s active presence in online communities.

What you’ll do:

- Drive community engagement, relationship building, and Adobe's online presence on platforms like Reddit, Facebook, and private forums.
- Foster trust and support community advocacy, encouraging positive engagement among users in our key online communities.
- Manage and coordinate both proactive and reactive online community engagement across teams, ensuring seamless interactions and collaboration.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key community forums and leaders to drive dynamic community discussions and engagement.
- Determine gaps and opportunities in the content and platform landscape, ensuring Adobe's presence is robust and meets user needs.






- Leverage community expertise to identify trends, user behaviors, and growth opportunities, adapting strategies to stay ahead.
- Improve community engagement on Adobe-managed Discord servers and Reddit forums.
- Work closely with Community Content and Community Strategy teams to support broader initiatives and foster a collaborative environment.
- Develop metrics and a measurement framework for community engagement and customer sentiment, ensuring data-driven decisions.
- Set standard processes for online engagement and cultivate a virtual team of Product Managers to increase their visibility in the community.

What you need to succeed:

- BA/BS preferred OR 10+ years of experience in strategic and operational community management OR equivalent practical experience.






- Extensive understanding of online community dynamics with a proven history of building, encouraging, and nurturing large-scale communities successfully.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive and nuanced conversations online.
- Remarkable talent for establishing and maintaining flawless operational execution, with a focus on driving enhanced solutions and improving community experiences.
- Proven ability to craft, implement, and lead change initiatives that foster growth, engagement, and positive sentiment among online communities.
- Self-starter with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities, take initiative, and assume responsibility for completing tasks.
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of measuring community engagement efficacy through various channels.
