- Implementing pre-screening questions for customers prior to booking appointments
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and have the drive to deliver results
- Strong relationship building skills -takes the time to listen and ask the right questions
- Strongly focused on customer service and customer retention
- Ability to concentrate on building a strong customer base to encourage repeat business
- Well organized and able to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently
