Community Planning Project Manager – Two-Year, Full Time Contract - #1480
Social Services, Housing Division – 138 Wyndham Street, Guelph
The Community Planning Project Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the Health and Housing Community Plan through the work of the Wellington-Guelph Health and Housing Community Planning Table (WGHHCPT), with guidance from the WGHHCPT co-chairs, the People with Lived Experience Advisory Group and Indigenous Advisory Groups. The Community Planning Project Manager is also responsible for supporting the establishment and facilitation of community engagement, consultation, planning, methodology,
and evaluation strategies that primarily focus on the integration of health and housing services in Wellington County and Guelph.
This position offers a comprehensive benefit package and an annual salary range of $99,335.60 - $116,207.00 on the Non-Union Compensation Grid based on a 35-hour work week: regular schedule is Monday to Friday; 8:30am-4:00pm.
