Product Manager
The Tools and Technology Team within Fusion is looking for accomplished people to help us fulfill our mission of providing creative tools and workflows that allow EA to lead the industry in content quality. Our group strives to build an ecosystem of modular components that are efficient, adjustable to trends, and allow for quick iteration of any artistic idea into reality. We partner with a global group of extraordinary creatives fueled by imagination and a unified experience creating amazing content and experiences.
The Challenge Ahead:
We are looking for a creative and collaborative Product Manager to help shape the tools that empower our global teams to create world-class characters and experiences for EA games.
This is an opportunity to influence product strategies and team processes and to hone your leadership and product management skills. You will report to a team Development Director.
Daily, you will...
1. Facilitate and improve upon our Agile processes, especially for our larger, multi-team projects.
2. Build a variety of partner relationships, help create product strategy and distill requirements and acceptance criteria.
3. Partner with other product managers and owners to prioritize and resource our large portfolio of products and technology.
4. Write Product Specs that can be consumed by engineering, translate these into development/publishing-oriented tasks, and oversee execution.
5. Define detailed, testable acceptance criteria for each capability clarifying and adjusting as needed.
6. Craft regular product updates and status reports for sharing with partners and product sponsors.
7. Identify skill and resource gaps, and work with Development Directors to resolve them.
8.
Work with teams and product leadership to escalate issues, flag risks, and ensure agreement on product goals and strategy.
9. Use data to influence and make decisions.
You are/have...
1. University degree Bachelor or equivalent professional experience.
2. 3+ years of Product Manager, Project Management, or Business Analyst experience on technical projects/products.
3. Experience driving performance metrics across teams.
4. Experience managing multiple features and overseeing the prioritization of the backlog of user stories for one or more teams.
Bonus if you have...
1. Experience using Miro, Figma, JIRA, Gitlab, or Coda.
2. Experience with metrics collection and visualization.
3. Experience working on complex tools or 3D tooling (e.g., Maya, Blender).
