On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide our customers with a single point of contact for the delivery of projects of lesser complexity.
- Provide project management support to senior project or program managers for the delivery of complex projects.
- Instruct, direct, and monitor work quality of a functional team.
- Lead or contribute to the creation, maintenance and quality management of project documentation (including requirements analysis, effort assessment, Statement of Work, project plan, project status report, project dashboard, change request, project schedule,
and others as required).
- Support senior project or program managers with communication management of client and executive updates.
- Lead or participate in project meetings internal and external to Bell.
- Follow project management methodology to ensure project or work-package is delivered on time, on scope, on budget.
- Facilitate team meetings to communicate progress, status, issues, assignments and urgency.
- Coordinate and prioritize project deliverables and partner with various departments, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Protect project scope and enforce change management process.
- Proactively identify and resolve project related issues and escalate where required.
- Complete “Lessons Learned” activities at key project milestones.
- Complete and ensure accuracy of billing advice.
- Perform and document post-project reviews with support of senior project management or project sponsors.
Critical Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in related discipline and 2+ years related experience.
- Knowledge of the Project Management Institute’s approach to Project Management and working towards completion of PMI Certification.
- Highly developed organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills including the ability to solicit cooperation and resolve conflict.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team oriented; action oriented; self-motivated and delivery focused.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- Data management and analysis skills.
- Bilingualism required:
interaction with English/French speaking stakeholders across Canada.

Job Status: Regular - Full Time
For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week. Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, Bell offers flexibility in work hours based on the business needs.
