Operations and Business Strategy Manager – Startup with Profit Sharing
About Wkey:

We’re on a mission to inspire resilience and determination, and we’re looking for a dedicated team member to join us on this journey.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a strategic and operationally minded individual to join us as an Operations and Business Strategy Manager. This is a profit-sharing role with flexible, part-time hours (10-15 hours per week), ideal for someone passionate about building a brand from the ground up and aligning with a purpose-driven mission.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Efficiency: Support the development and implementation of efficient processes for production, fulfillment, and customer service.
- Strategic Growth Initiatives: Work closely with the founder to develop and execute strategies that align with Wkey’s growth and expansion goals.
- Project Management: Oversee key projects from ideation through to completion, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Financial Planning: Contribute to budgeting and financial strategy to maximize profitability and manage costs effectively.
- Brand & Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to support customer acquisition strategies and improve brand visibility.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to expand our reach and distribution channels.
What We’re Looking For:
- Operations Experience: 2+ years in operations or business strategy, preferably in the apparel, fitness, or sports industry.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Startup Mindset: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Shared Passion: Strong alignment with Wkey's brand identity and a personal interest in fitness, sports, or anime.
- Commitment to Growth: Excited about the opportunity for profit-sharing compensation, with future potential for expanded responsibilities.
