Overview
For the holiday season,
we are seeking an Assistant Retail Sales Manager at Galeries d'Anjou location to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will assist the Retail Sales Manager in overseeing sales activities, managing staff, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Duties
- Help the Store Manager build a team of engaged employees and in supervising sales staff and daily operations
- Provide ongoing training and regular performance-based feedback to all team members.
- Maximize personal and in-store sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a “customer-centric” omnichannel experience.
- Ensure that all team members follow company policies and procedures.
- Help control operating costs through payroll and asset management.
- Ensure store branding is aligned through impeccable visual presentation and marketing displays.
- Support in creating visual merchandising displays to enhance product visibility
- Assist in training new employees on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Help maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Requirements
- - Experience in supervision retail sales with a focus on customer service- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions- Strong abilities in motivating and developing a team in order to attain the store goals- Excellent people skills and Capacity to multitask and priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
