About

Role Summary

As an Account Manager, your key role is to maintain and grow client relationships with strong communication skills.





You'll be passionate about connecting with people, managing work within your team, ensuring clear communication with clients, and overseeing projects from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Relationship: Act as the primary connection between clients and the team, ensuring all client needs are communicated effectively to the team.
- Strategy Relay: Translate and relay strategies developed by the team to the clients, ensuring a clear understanding of the proposed actions and objectives.
- Regular Client Check-ins: Conduct bi-weekly calls with clients to discuss progress, address concerns, and maintain strong, ongoing relationships.
- Team Support: Assist the team in staying ahead of schedules and deliverables, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Email Strategy (Klaviyo): Leverage the capabilities of Klaviyo to develop and implement targeted email strategies that align with client goals, enhancing engagement and achieving desired outcomes.
- Project Management:





Be the point person for guiding projects (brands' campaigns and flows) from creation to completion (A-Z), ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Campaign Planning: Strategically conceptualize campaign calendars, aligning them with client goals and timelines.
- Special Projects Execution: Take charge of executing additional special projects as required, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
- Email Copy and Design Review: Oversee and review email copy and design, ensuring they align with client expectations and brand standards.

- Self-starters with a solid grasp of core business metrics and CRM strategy.
- Excellent communicators, ready to lead a team, present strategies to clients, and work well within an agency setup.
- Individuals keen on continuous learning, eager to grow within the evolving retention marketing space.

Tools we use:

- Slack: Our go-to for all things communication. Whether it's a quick question or a team update, it all happens here.
- ClickUp: This is where we keep all our tasks in check. It's our command center for managing what gets done and when.
- Zoom & Google Meet: All our calls, whether they're quick check-ins or longer discussions,





happen through Zoom and Google Meet.
- Figma: For all our design needs, Figma is the tool. It's where creativity meets collaboration.
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides etc.): Our mainstay for all types of documents. Whether we’re drafting a memo or crunching numbers, it’s all happening in Google Docs and Sheets.
- Klaviyo: The backbone of our email marketing efforts.
- Shopify: The hub of our e-commerce operations.
