As a leading manufacturer of Insulation materials providing products that consistently exemplify exceptional quality, superior strength and ease of installation, the company has experienced increasing demand for its products which has led to rapid growth and expansion that is anticipated to continue in the future.

Due to continued and anticipated future growth a need has been identified for an experienced Digital Marketing professional located at the company’s Canadian Head office in Toronto Ontario.

Reporting to the GM & VP of Canada, with a dotted line to the Director of Marketing,





the Office and Marketing Coordinator will provide strong administrative support, empowering team members to perform their jobs productively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room supplies.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages.
- Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation
- Maintain a master calendar of company events, team-building activities, and conference room bookings. Highrise Boardroom, Amend Boardroom, Geofoam Boardroom.

Marketing Duties

- Follow the tradeshow calendar provided by Marketing to ensure all shows are booked and all rentals, logistics and promo items are shipped and ready for each Sales Account Manager
- Ensure Sales Account Manager schedule for the show, shipping of materials, advanced warehouse options, etc.
- Send follow up emailer for any leads gathered at the show with appropriate Sales Account Manager(s)





listed below and information about the products that were displayed at the show
- Create PO’s as requested based on invoices received
- Maintain inventory levels of printed material and promotional material for both marketing rooms and work with vendors Leonard Laser and Mebs/RS Print printing for reorders.
- Manage all samples and literature being shipped as promotional material using our Purolator account.

Barcode App Request Management

Customer emails used for logins updated in Sage; Existing customers have their emails and passwords confirmed, updated, and sent back to them or the CSR who manages that account.

Requirements







- The ideal candidate will be an entry level professional who has a strong skill-set in Microsoft Office with a focus on marketing and administrative duties.
- The successful candidate will by nature be a team player with excellent people skills who can build positive working relationships quickly with sales, executive teams and customers to ensure that our communication and tasks are completed and distributed accordingly.
- The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach and be an active participant in the growth of the business. A self-starter who works well in a team and independently.
- A keen understanding of the level of responsiveness and cooperation required in a fast paced energetic and entrepreneurial environment.
- Minimum 2 year’s experience in a professional organization, preferably in manufacturing, building materials, construction, or the plumbing sector but not mandatory.






- Degree or Diploma in Marketing or a related field of study an asset but not mandatory.
- Strong skill-set in Microsoft Office 365
- Well organized with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Comfortable communicating in both the digital and traditional
- Strong relationship building skills – must be able to forge positive and productive relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors and, where necessary,
- Flexible and adaptable; will be willing to assist with or take on assignments outside of his/her defined role when required.
