As Site Superintendent, you’ll provide construction site leadership, ensuring work is done safely and issues are corrected quickly. You understand how to maintain an effective flow with your schedule, and you stay in regular communication with your trades and project manager.
You know concrete and have experience building mid-rise and hi-rise residential projects from start to finish. Come join a dynamic community and lend your skills to build better homes and communities.

You thrive on quality at all stages of the project. You like to “do it right the first time.”
You are a leader with a proven track record of managing projects to great outcomes. You have grit and a can-do attitude when confronted with obstacles or challenges.
