Security Supervisor - Surrey - Full Time

Commissionaires BC is currently looking for Security Supervisor to work at one of our sites in Surrey.

Position days and hours:

- Monday to Friday, 0700 - 1500

Payrate:

- $24.25/hr

Some of your responsibilities include:

- Monitor/mange the fixed entry points on the site.
- Identify any information concerning security deficiencies and report them.
- Access control.
- Use of electronic equipment.
- Submit reports, time sheets, and staff evaluations as per deadlines.
- Oversee training and scheduling of Commissionaires.
- Leading through empowerment, and monitoring staff morale, discipline, and progress.
- Ensure team maintains a professional standard of conduct, dress and deportment.
- Maintain up-to-date Post Orders and Site Safety,





Risk, and Quality Assurance assessments.
- Liaise with the client to ensure their instructions are carried out as per written policy.
- Contacting management in situations not covered by Post Orders.

Your Must – Haves …

- Valid BC Security Licence
- Have resided in Canada for a minimum of 5 years for clearance purposes
