We're looking for a Digital Designer/Creative Designer to join our Group Benefits Marketing team.

In this role, you will partner with team members to create marketing campaigns from concept to delivery across a variety of channels.

This is a fast-paced, changing environment where every day brings something new, and innovative ideas are encouraged.

Your contributions will help evolve our sponsor, member and advisor experiences through simplified and intuitive campaign design that helps us engage with our audiences in compelling omnichannel ways.

As the ideal candidate, you should be able to efficiently combine creativity, functionality, and technology to produce eye-catching and informative marketing and content.







You are a confident, hard-working, problem solver who thrives in a highly collaborative environment.

You have deep experience working with brands and brand identity, design systems, art direction, digital design, and multi-audience marketing campaigns.

In this role, organizational and technical skills are key, and all candidates must possess in-depth knowledge of design software programs.

Key responsibilities: Design, produce, and manage omnichannel interactive digital content, including email templates, social media, and promotional artwork, etc.

Produce compelling creative presentation material (e.g.

Power

Point)
Conceptualize based on briefs and present design ideas to all relevant stakeholders
Facilitate reviews and implement feedback into final designs, bringing strong project management skills to bear as required
Provide advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events






Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image and style guides, while also meeting usability and website standards
Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms
Test designs for usability and quality
Transform wireframes into intuitive user interfaces
Prepare files for AODA compliance
Review product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement
Prepare final files, including HTML programming, for appropriate medium
Work with external digital platform partners to oversee smooth implementation of new assets
Archive and update graphic files
Keep up with current trends and the latest technological advances
Key attributes for success: Results-oriented and execution-focused within a fast-paced environment






Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute initiatives
Analytical mind that can measure and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns using data and insights
Familiar with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, such as AI tools
Strong relationship management skills at all levels of the organization
Self-starter, motivated, and critical thinker
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field
Proven experience in a professional digital design role
A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity
Solid knowledge of design software programs, such as Sketch, InVision, Premier Pro, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite,





and Figma
At least 3 years of experience as a Power

Point design specialist or similar role
Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects
Experience with agile framework and methodologies an asset
A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills

$60,000.00 CAD - $100,000.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience,





and education/training.
