Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Schedule: 10+ Hours per day (day shift), 5 & 2, OT after 8hr/day or 44hr/week

Location: Shop: 9175 – 14 Street NW, Edmonton, ABRequirements: Full Complement of Hand Tools

Personal Reliable VehicleCSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support







Pre-employment: Drug and alcohol testing which may be swab or urine depending on site requirements

Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation

Fitness to Work Assessment

Heavy Equipment Technician (Heavy Duty Mechanic) Qualifications: Must be a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician with Red Seal – Off Road or equivalent

Must have between (5) and (10) years'' Journeyperson experience

Off Road experience is REQUIREDExperience with CAT E.T. and S.I.S. and/or Komatsu is REQUIREDExperience with CAT Scrapers is Beneficial

Ability to read/troubleshoot and diagnose using hydraulic and electronic schematics

Exceptional organization and cleanliness skills are REQUIREDHeavy Equipment Technician (Heavy Duty Mechanic) Responsibilities: Ensure equipment is maintained at the highest standards, in a timely manner

Conduct performance and quality checks according to procedure

Perform preventative maintenance, repair, and overhauls

Promote,
