Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for showcasing and selling vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Showcase vehicles to customers and explain features and benefits
- Conduct test drives with potential buyers
- Negotiate prices and finalize sales transactions
- Upsell additional products or services
- Provide sales support throughout the buying process
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or retail sales
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with a diverse customer base
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in basic math for pricing and financial transactions
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional customer interactions
