Velocity Truck Centres Canada is opening a brand-new branch, set to launch in October 2024, and we're looking for Service Advisors to help us build from the ground up. Before the grand opening, you'll receive top-notch training at our West Kelowna location, ensuring you're fully prepared for success at our new site. Compensation Plan
- Attractive Compensation: Competitive hourly rate $24-$34/hr. (D.O.E.)

Primary Job Functions
- Greet customers, book appointments, write up work orders, and schedule repairs.
- Create estimates.
- Responsible for creating and invoices.
- Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician.
- Follow up with customers and keep them updated.
- Explain all work performed and charges.
Qualifications
- Great customer service both in person and over the phone, verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once.
- Confidence using computer systems, writing reports, and using scheduling tools.
- Experience with schedules and basic accounting procedures.
- Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment.
- Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma.
