Are you a mature, personable, detail-oriented, and a strong multi-tasker looking for an opportunity to work in the health and wellness sector?
Clarity Wellness is a Chiropractic-based family wellness clinic looking for a long-term, permanent part-time Chiropractic Health Administrator. We are located in Etobicoke near Park Lawn Rd and Lake Shore Blvd W.
We offer a vibrant,
fast-paced environment where you will work closely with the Chiropractor in running daily operations including:
- client intake
- booking client appointments
- billing and financial transactions
- maintaining office inventory and equipment
Our ideal candidate is an efficient multi-tasker who is outgoing and personable, punctual, mature, adaptable, detail-oriented, and reliable. Must be comfortable and experienced with Windows-based computers and also have the ability to memorize pre-written scripts.

Part-time hours: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

One year of administrative experience is preferred.
