THE ROLE The Safety and Compliance Administrator position may be responsible for performing tasks ranging from conducting work history checks, obtaining qualifications of commercial driver applicants as well as proper and timely onboarding of partner carriers. They may schedule driver road tests, assist in administrative duties for driver Safety and Compliance and will represent Scotlynn within the policies and procedures established. ABOUT YOU Successful Scotlynn Candidates Are:

- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
- Strong ability to effectively and efficiently record information in a database






- Knowledge MTO and DOT regulations is an asset
- Excellent computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Work experience in data-entry or customer-service roles from the following industries is welcomed and appreciated: banking, insurance, retail, onboarding, and transportation. HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED WITH SCOTLYNN

- Communicate with drivers to obtain and provide information regarding driving records, qualifications, and work history
- Ensure driver records in accordance with Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) and Department of Transportation (DOT)
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to carrier concerns
- Liaise with Logistics Account Manager and General Managers for carrier updates,





seeking approvals for carrier set-up when required
- Conduct work history checks to verify accuracy, work ethic, and skill of driver applicants
- Enter updates to information and new documentation into Transportation Management System
- Perform other job-related duties as directed

YOUR COMMITMENT

- This is a full-time, permanent role
- Work in office from 8 am-5 pm Monday-Friday
