The mission of our Logistics department is to provide exceptional service and carrier interactions throughout the lifecycle of an order.

Reporting directly to the Logistics Supervisor, the Logistics Administrator will bring excellent organizational skills to manage orders from receipt to shipment, including scheduling, order verification, and data management.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate and communicate delivery schedules with customers
- Back end management of Proof of Delivery and carrier invoices
- Interact with Intermodal/LTL/FTL Consolidation teams to identify and resolve issues
- Communicate with sales and customer care teams to improve the delivery of our services
- Provide reports to internal and external customers as required
- Work closely with carrier to ensure effective execution of goods transportation
- Organizes and maintains hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment, distribution, pricing and contractual obligations
- Oversee retail orders / deliveries
- Coordinate inventory transfers to stores, photoshoots, markets.






- Issue credit memos for returned goods

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1+ year of logistics or distribution experience in a high-volume environment
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office, navigating the web, and ability to type 50+ wpm
- High School diploma required
- Professional written and verbal proficiency in English
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to de-escalate customer concerns

The salary range for this role is currently budgeted at 40,000 - 45,000 annually.
