About This Opportunity
The Opiate Recovery Program in Truro and New Glasgow is looking for Physician support. You would be working with a team of experienced physicians, nurses and social workers providing support to clients participating in the Opiate Recovery Program.
Mentoring, orientation and support will be provided within the team.
Expected Hours
- 3- hour clinics up to 3 times per week.
- Time is paid through sessional hours.
- Clients are booked at 15 mins intervals, so within a 3 hour clinic up to 12 clients may be booked. For physicians new to this work clients can be booked at 30 mins intervals to allow for orientation and support.
- Flexibility in clinic days / times is available weekly, bi-weekly, monthly,
intermittent clinics as long as scheduled at least a month in advance.
Qualifications
- Eligible for Licensure with the (CPSNS)
- Eligible for certification with the (CFPC)
