Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, processing orders, and assisting with shipping and receiving tasks as well as invoicing customers.
This position requires experience using Shopify website and social media sites.
Duties
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurately recorded.
- Utilize our warehouse systems to track inventory levels, process orders, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in order fulfillment by packing, and preparing products for shipment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained and discrepancies are reported promptly.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Perform routine warehouse clerical duties.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Keep the warehouse clean.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, particularly in shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment roles.
- Experience with order picking processes and an invoicing or accounting role is a plus
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems will be beneficial for tracking inventory and processing orders efficiently.
