Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist who is not only passionate about patient care but also possesses a strong understanding of dental office operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in using tracker software or have the ability to transition their skills quickly. Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations.
2.
Schedule and confirm appointments using tracker software.
3. Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information.
4. Process billing and insurance claims efficiently.
5. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and address their inquiries.
6. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role.
2. Familiarity with tracker software or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
6. Availability for full-time work.
