We are looking for Licensed and Apprentice 310T Diesel Mechanics/Technicians for our Oshawa dealership located at 787 Bloor St. W., Oshawa, ON L1J 5Y6. This is a full-time permanent position.

Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is responsible to diagnose problems and make repairs to all types of trucks, buses, trailers,





and other automotive vehicles.

Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance of all Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) regulations, as well as the Company’s Health and Safety Policy.
- Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
- Read job order, observe and listen to vehicle in operation to determine malfunction and plan work procedures.
- Perform general and detailed repair of all trucks, engines, and components.
- Document work performed.
- Overhaul gas or diesel engines.
- Examine protective guards, loose bolts and specified safety devices on trucks and make adjustments as needed.
- Save and tag parts if the job is under warranty.
- Attend training classes and keep abreast of factory technical bulletins.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Basic Qualifications

- Licensed or Registered Apprentice (310T or 310S).
- Good communication skills and work attitude.
- Quality Driven.
- SAP experience is an asset.
- Valid Driver's License and a good driving record.






- Criminal Record Check.
- Driver's Abstract.
- AZ/DZ License is an asset.
