Full job description
Uniconnect Immigration services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our growing team responsible for supporting clients with their immigration journeys to Canada. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of immigration applications, while providing exceptional client service throughout the process.
Note: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Case Manager job profile is required.
Responsibilities:
➡Conduct comprehensive intake interviews to assess client needs and eligibility for various immigration programs.
➡Gather and verify client documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
➡Prepare and submit immigration applications to relevant authorities, adhering to strict deadlines and government requirements.
➡Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and addressing their questions and concerns.
➡Monitor application statuses and proactively advocate for clients as needed.
➡Conduct research on immigration policies and procedures, staying up to date on changes and requirements.
➡Maintain accurate and organized case files using our internal case management system.
➡Participate in team meetings and collaborate effectively with colleagues, including lawyers and consultants.
➡Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the immigration department.
Qualifications:
➡Minimum of 1 years of experience working in an immigration law firm, consulting agency,
or related field.
➡Strong understanding of Canadian immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
➡Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
➡Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently.
➡Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
➡Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using case management software preferred.
➡Fluency in English; bilingualism in French is a strong asset.
