Overview
The Rental Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our rental facility. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage store activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a team effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen understanding of retail management principles to drive sales and maintain operational efficiency.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the rental store, ensuring a smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, ensuring accurate transactions and inventory management.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular inventory assessments to maintain optimal stock levels and manage pricing strategies effectively.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to enhance their skills in sales techniques and customer interaction.
- Implement time management practices to maximize productivity within the team.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in store management or retail management is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in POS systems and basic math skills for accurate financial transactions.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising teams, with strong leadership qualities.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and solve problems effectively.
