Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Overview:
Residence Inn by Marriott is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team of extended stay hotels. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting in the housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests.

Duties:






- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry attendants, and janitors.
- Enforce and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Skills:
- Previous experience in custodial or hospitality management, in a hotel setting is a must.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
