As a rapidly growing business with ambitious goals, we are excited to expand our team and seek a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to drive our marketing efforts in support our current location, and future growth.

Role Overview:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in promoting and enhancing our brand presence, and driving sales. You will be instrumental in executing Cedar & Steam’s dynamic and evolving communication priorities. This role requires an action-oriented, deadline-driven, and solution-focused individual who excels at multitasking. You will take a hands-on approach in supporting Cedar & Steam’s communications, marketing,





and sales functions and must be self-motivated and entrepreneurial, thriving in a fast-paced growth environment. Your ability to interact collaboratively with various team members will be essential. With a rapidly changing digital landscape, you should have a keen appetite to stay on top of the latest trends and platforms, ensuring that our marketing strategies remain innovative and effective. This position reports directly to the CEO/Founder and is a hybrid remote role, working a flexible schedule of 3-8 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Promotion: Develop and execute strategies to boost sales and attract new customers. Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and refine promotional campaigns to maximize impact.
- Brand Management:





Maintain and enhance our brand identity across all marketing channels. Ensure that all messaging is consistent with company values and strengthens our market presence.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms. Monitor customer interactions, respond to inquiries, and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Film and appear on camera or provide voice overs for content as needed to enhance engagement and visibility.
- Content Creation: Design and produce various marketing materials, including posters , brochures, and digital content, to effectively promote our services and special offers. Additionally, develop and manage content for our website and e-commerce platform,





including descriptions and imagery for retail products, to drive online engagement and sales.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media ads, and partnerships. Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape. Use insights to inform and refine marketing strategies and business decisions.
- Sales, Marketing, and Financial Administrative Support: Support inventory management and assist with sales reports and marketing material deployment. Handle correspondence, presentations, and meeting coordination, including logistics and catering.





Attend virtual weekly L10 meetings with the Director Team and in-person quarterly meetings with the Director Team.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in marketing with a focus on sales and brand management. Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and increase brand awareness. Familiarity with the wellness industry and experience with Mindbody, Shopify and Monday software are preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools, strong communication and organizational skills, and excellent project management capabilities.





Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge: A strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, with a strategic, data-driven approach to decision-making. Familiarity with sauna, steam, and massage services is a plus. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities. Knowledge of budget management and cost-effective marketing practices is also required.
- Personal Attributes: Action-oriented, deadline-driven, and solution-focused, with the ability to excel at multitasking and thrive in a fast-paced growth environment. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial,





and keen to stay updated on the latest trends and digital platforms. Exceptional verbal, telephone, and written communication skills, with the ability to manage numerous projects and handle conflicting work priorities.
