Provide front-line customer service and sales for the Service Department Greeting customers on the phone or in the Dealership Providing repair recommendations Explaining the nature of repairs Advising customers how to look after their vehicles Scheduling appointments Selling labour Providing an extraordinary experience for all customers Qualifications:
