The Coca-Cola Company, a globally recognized and iconic brand, is in search of a strategic and proactive Senior Director, Sales and Account Management, to lead our organization's sales and customer account management activities for our Nutrition Group. With an emphasis on creating enduring relationships and promoting growth, we seek a leader with strong business acumen, passion for customer service, and proven ability to drive strategy for retail and food service operations. What You'll Do for Us:

- Lead the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals.

- Collaborate with marketing, category operations, trade management, and customer service teams to align strategies and enhance customer experience.

- Identify market trends, changes, and competitive threats, adjusting strategies as needed.

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure the sales team and sales agency meet or exceed targets.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team and sales agency, fostering a culture of high engagement and performance.

- Evaluate and develop sales agency capabilities to improve productivity and execution.

- Demonstrate and promote the values of The Coca-Cola Company through words, actions, and by example.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.







- 5+ years in the consumer goods industry and sales/marketing or major account management.

- 3+ years' experience managing professional sales teams, demonstrating strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Expertise in market research data analysis, including platforms like Nielsen, and the ability to develop successful business plans.

- Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access).

Pay Range:

$175,500 - $213,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
