Career Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator in our Calgary office as part of the Engineering team. The Project Coordinator will be accountable for supporting multiple project teams with project proposals and change orders,
resource scheduling, report preparation, and financial duties; ultimately providing exceptional client service through the completion of supported projects.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support the Operations on all project matters such as proposals, logistics, invoicing, and reporting
- Assist with technical project proposals and day to day client quote requests
- Assist Project Managers with resource scheduling and project timelines
- Support in preparing technical reports and job packages
- Participate in project planning and pre/post project support for the Operations
- Assist with project logistics and administration when needed
- Interface with finance department and field operations to complete project invoicing and other project related finance items
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Electrical Engineering Technology Diploma/ Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent would be an asset
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with technical report writing and quotations would be an asset
- Strong attention to detail with outstanding grammar skills
- Possesses a positive attitude, is highly self-motivated, energetic, passionate and reliable
- Ability to multi-task, exercise good judgment and prioritize workload through outstanding organizational skills
- Dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences to our internal and external clients
