Job Title: Registry Clerk - Customer Experience Specialist

Position Overview:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional service to our customers. You will assist individuals with a wide range of motor vehicle-related services, ensuring their needs are met efficiently, accurately, and with a smile.
This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to become a trusted resource for the community and help streamline their interactions with the DMV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Advocacy: Be the face of the DMV, offering a warm welcome to each visitor and ensuring they feel valued and heard throughout their visit.
- Expert Guidance: Provide expert guidance on motor vehicle regulations, processes, and documentation requirements, making complex procedures accessible and understandable for customers.
- Transaction Processing: Efficiently process various transactions such as driver's license applications, vehicle registrations, and Alberta health care applications, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Problem Solving: Tackle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating empathy and creative problem-solving skills to turn challenging situations into positive outcomes.
- Technology Integration: Embrace and utilize technology to expedite services and streamline processes,
making the registry experience as smooth as possible.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and procedures, receiving one-on-one training and reading policy to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a supportive and positive work environment, sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall customer service.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends shifts are required
