Our client, a downtown based chiropractic and physiotherapy wellness clinic, believes in creating a welcoming and positive space for patients to heal and thrive.

We're a close-knit team that values kindness, care, and a patient-first approach and we’re looking for a cheerful, organized, and friendly Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to be the smiling face that welcomes our patients and helps keep things running smoothly.

What You’ll Do :

As the Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, you’ll play an important role in making sure every patient feels seen, supported, and cared for.

Your positive energy will set the tone for the clinic, and your organizational skills will help keep everything on track.







- Greet everyone with a smile You’ll be the first friendly face patients see when they walk through the door.
- Answer phone calls and help with scheduling You’ll assist patients in booking and managing their appointments, ensuring their questions are answered with care.
- Keep things organized From patient check-ins to updating records, you’ll help ensure all the important details are handled smoothly.
- Lend a helping hand Whether it's filing paperwork, answering emails, or assisting with daily clinic tasks, you’ll be a go-to team member.
- Make the clinic feel warm and welcoming You’ll help create an environment where patients feel relaxed and ready for their treatments.

What We’re Looking For :

- 1+ years of experience working in a receptionist or administrative assistant role (bonus points if it’s in a healthcare setting!).
- A positive, happy attitude that shines through in your interactions with patients and coworkers.






- Strong organizational skills you love making sure everything is in its place.
- The ability to stay present in the moment, multitask, and ensure patients receive the best possible care.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
- A professional, warm demeanor you’ll represent our clinic in the best light!

Nice-to-Haves (but not required) :

- Experience in a chiropractic, physio, or wellness clinic.
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology.

Compensation :

- Minimum wage to start, $20 / hours after 3 months
- $1000 annual health spending account
