Primary work location: Medskincare Laser Centre, 308 Taunton Rd East, Unit J1, Whitby, L1R 0H4. The Medical Esthetician may also be delivering services on behalf of the company at nearby Simcoe Medical Centre 1487 Simcoe St N Unit#1, Oshawa, ON L1G 4X8, and Ritson North Medical Centre, 1288 Ritson Rd N #9, Oshawa, ON L1G 7Z9.

MEDSKINCARE is excited to add a medical aesthetician/Skin Care Specialist with Laser and Skin Care experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and listener who can adjust to a variety of changes and challenges in a fast-paced, multi-personality environment. You will engage with patients; developing an understanding of their specific needs and recommending the appropriate treatment options to achieve the best possible results.

Main tasks:
Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our patients
Be compassionate and understanding to facilitate comfortable and calm treatment
Demonstrate the ability to safely operate and maintain equipment within safety standards and policies post-training
Maintain service and retail knowledge and provide clients with valuable recommendations and education
Show administrative duties to ensure the patient's appointment needs and expectations are achieved
Maintain room preparation to provide an effortless flow of patient treatments
Allow for a flexible schedule to accommodate patient and clinic needs
Work effectively both independently and in a team
Possess the eagerness to build and grow a business
Participate in promotional and educational events
Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
Job requirements:
Mandatory
Previous experience of 3 to 5 years as a Medical Aesthetician Technician (Required)
Previous experience with Skin Analysis and Skin Care Product Lines
Previous laser experience (Required)
Aesthetician/Cosmetician/laser technician certification or diploma (Required)
Retail Experience
Outstanding communication and client rapport (Required)
Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance
Have a flair for sales and dedicated evolving with the industry.
Assets
Previous experience Laser Hair Removal (Asset)
IPL Skin Rejuvenation/Pigmentation Correction/ Photo Rejuvenation (Asset)
