We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our back-office product development team. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering, analyzing, and refining requirements, managing the product roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value back-office features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collect and define business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Product Management: Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and manage the roadmap to align with business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA,
and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of ERP modules.
- Agile Project Management: Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives, ensuring timely product releases.
- ERP Product Expertise: Understand ERP system architecture and modules, identifying areas for optimization.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track product performance, user adoption, and feature ROI.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates and training on ERP functionality to users and senior management.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in business analysis or product management, preferably with ERP systems.
- Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, experience with Agile, and ERP implementation.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and modern tech stacks.
Key KPIs:
- Stakeholder satisfaction (8/10+)
- Requirements accuracy (90%)
- Feature adoption (75% in 3 months)
- Timely delivery of specs (90% within 2 weeks)
