Our client, a leading data engineering company is looking for several Bilingual Language Specialists for SEVERAL PERMANENT positions.
English/Mandarin
English/Russian
English/Japanese
English/Turkish
Schedule:
- Full time (40 hour work week) Monday - Friday, flexible between 8am-8pm (local time zone)
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Pay rate: $55,000/annually + Full benefits

100% REMOTE ANYWHERE IN CANADA - This is an assignment that can be worked from the comfort of your home.
This is a role that language specialist and linguists dream about - you will be help to train generative AI on how to think,
not just how to write.
You will be will joining as a subject matter expert to focus on various aspects and responsibilities, including:
- Creating training data sets
- Annotating data
- Analyzing and improving the grammar and syntax
- Collaborating closely with cross functional team, including data scientists and researchers
- Contributing to evolving specifications for AI training
- Achieve target KPI's, including daily job count, average handle time per job and production hours
Requirements
- English AND Mandarin OR Russian OR Japanese OR Turkish at a native or advanced level.
- A minimum of Bachelor's Degree
- Work experience in the native language will be considered beneficial.
- Familiarity and knowledge of various writing and art styles, as well as domains.
- Deep understanding of how AIs, MLs, LLMs, and NLPs work is considered an asset
- Demonstrate ability to generate clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Strong research skills and ability to gather information from credible sources.
- Native Language proficiency, with excellent written communication skills.
