Description

The Department of Administration in the Faculty of Kinesiology invites applications for a Lived Experience Research Assistant and Collaborator. This Recurring Part-time position is for approximately 12 months (based on length of grant funding), with the possibility of extension.

The position will report to and work closely with Dr. Laura St. John, Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Kinesiology. The candidate will play a key role in supporting projects conducted in the St.





John Neurodevelopmental Exercise and Health Lab including the co-design and co-development of knowledge translation materials and tasks related to daily organization of the lab such as printing and binding documents.

The hours for this position will be irregular, on an as needed basis, and will start at 3 hours per week. Persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.

The position will be primarily located at the Faculty of Kinesiology on Main Campus.

Summary of Key Responsibilities (job functions include but are not limited to):

- Organizing and binding important lab documents
- Filing documents
- Working closely with the Principal Researcher to develop knowledge translation materials including PowerPoint presentations, podcasts, social stories, etc.
- Signing in participants and supporting data collection
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
