Caregiver Position
A busy professional family in Candiac is looking for a caregiver for an elderly person who will also do housekeeping and other domestic tasks. This is a permanent, full-time position with 40 hours per week, typically from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The salary is $17/hour, with two days off, usually on Saturday and Sunday, but flexibility is essential depending on the employer’s shifts. There is an option to stay with the employer at no additional cost. Proficiency in French or English is required.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: General High School Diploma – Completed
Experience: 1-2 years of experience with elderly persons or equivalent experience, either through work or studies as a teacher, nurse, midwife,
or psychologist is required.
Other Conditions: Punctuality, reliability, judgment, sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills, and organizational skills are essential.
