Baig Security Looking to hire a Fashion Model for our client's Milton Office.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service,
effectively communicating with clients, and resolving inquiries in a timely manner. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Utilize effective communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Engage in up-selling opportunities by promoting additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide informed assistance.
- Make, call to clients and confirm future coverage
- Adhere to company policies regarding phone etiquette and customer interaction standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
