Position Overview

Join the #1 Royal LePage team in Canada as a Branch Administrator. This vital role supports both our back-office operations and our client-facing services. You will collaborate closely with a team of high-performing real estate professionals, ensuring seamless administrative support that allows our agents to focus on delivering best-in-class client service.

As a key team member, you will create lasting first impressions by maintaining a client-first approach and continuously looking for opportunities to enhance our systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

- Manage reception duties, including handling calls, emails, and inquiries
- Greet clients warmly and prepare meeting spaces
- Coordinate property showings, maintain client records, and manage data through our CRM systems






- Oversee inventory of marketing materials and team supplies
- Update trackers and post critical reports to our internal team and external partners
- Assist with compliance-related tasks and uphold the highest standards of detail and accuracy

Top Applicant Profile:

- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with CRM platforms and report generation
- Ability to work independently, take direction, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Real estate industry experience is essential

Real Estate Experience Required:

Hours of Operation:

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m.





to 4:00 p.m., with some evenings and weekends required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
