Job Overview
As a local mobile locksmith company serving Winnipeg and the surrounding area, we at Dr. Locksmith take pride in being able to offer quick, professional, and friendly locksmithing services to cater to many residential, commercial, and automotive needs.

As an Administrative Assistant/ Dispatcher,





you will be a vital team member responsible for providing efficient administrative support and dispatch operations.

With core skills in communication, you will handle tasks such as answering phone calls and emails, obtaining the relevant client information, and effectively communicating with clients and team members to obtain and follow up on leads. Use of calendar, messaging platform, accounting software, and a computerized maintenance management system to convey and record information will be utilized.

Additionally, your relevant skills will contribute to the smooth operation of daily tasks within the business.

Experience in dispatching work is an asset.

Responsibilities

Duties would include but are not limited to:

- Receiving customer leads from phone calls, text messages, e-mails and social media, and dispatching the lead according to its information to the relevant technicians, making sure to follow up and through with the lead
- Following up with technicians to make sure lead has been received and is being taken care of in a timely fashion
- Helping with invoicing, receipt making,





and general administrative assistance to managers and technicians
- Other tasks as required

This role is also responsible and/or cross-trained in a number of general administrative duties. These include:

- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Ordering inventory and assisting in inventory organization

Where there is more than one Administrative Assistant, works collaboratively to ensure tasks are completed and each has knowledge in aspects of the other's job

Requirements

- Motivated and Dependable
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to analyze information and prioritize tasks
- Must have ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- General computer knowledge as it relates to Microsoft office, Gmail, and general communication






- Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work with little supervision
- Enforces adherence to requirements and advises management on needed actions

Experience:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Dispatching: 1 year (preferred)

Expected hours: 40 per week. This is a full time position with potential opportunities for bonuses.

Benefits:

- Mostly work from home with occasional office visits as required
