WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Front office supervisor

We are excited to share that Hyatt Regency Calgary has an opportunity for people who love helping people.

Please join our Front Office team as a Front Office Supervisor.





This role will involve engaging and providing services to our guests ensuring they receive a flawless experience whilst staying with us.

What is expEcted of me in this role?

§ Understanding of Front Desk Operations which include checking guests in and out of the hotel, leading the teams pre-shifts and sharing the daily tasks of the day

§ Assist with report generation, scheduling, payroll and inventory management as required

§ Liaison with other departments, including Housekeeping, Engineering, Guest Hub, Sales and Events and Outlets to ensure an amazing experience for our guests

§ Training Front office team with any new standard operating procedures

§ Flexible schedule and shift pattern based upon hotel needs

§ At times you will be required to do overnight shifts, in the absence of Over Night Manager

§ Valid work authorization for Canada

Qualifications:

§ One year of Front office Supervisor experience or 2 years of Front Desk experience is required.

§ Knowledge of OPERA PMS and other PMS.







§ Valid Canadian driver’s license equivalent to a Class 5 Province of Alberta driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years Canadian driving history.

§ Clean driver’s abstract must be provided by the applicant upon selection.
